About Our Doctor
David H. Crowder, D.D.S.
Dr. David H. Crowder received his dental training at the University of Tennessee at Memphis and received his specialty training at Farleigh Dickenson University in New Jersey. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Memphis Dental Society, Memphis Dental Legion, American Association of Orthodontist, Tennessee Association of Orthodontist and Memphis Associates of Orthodontists. He served in every office of the Memphis Dental Legion, Memphis Association of Orthodontists and the Tennessee Association of Orthodontists, and has been an associate professor of orthodontics at U.T. Memphis since 1981.
Dr. Crowder is a member of the board of the U.T. Orthodontic Alumni Foundation and has led a Bible class at his church for 20 years. He is also a member of the Pickwick Sailing and Cruising Association and the Porsche Club of America. He has two sons: Bruce, age 47, and Derek, age 32.
He is married to Kathleen Anderson Crowder, who is a Physical Therapist Assistant and shares two children Sara, 29 and Jacob 25.
